Going on Safari …

"To travel is to really see, experience and understand"- Zulu Proverb

Your eyes lock on a figure slowly moving across the dry desert landscape, excited and anxious at the same time, you set your focus on the big yellow eyes of the spotted leopard and click away as you capture each step as it move closer towards your vehicle. Now only a few meters away from you, it walks towards a tree, marking it’s territory, as if it isn’t even aware of your presence. Too soon the moment is over and slowly it walks away over the ridge.

Sinking back into your seat you quickly “chimp” through your images on your camera’s rear view screen. You’ve seen lions feasting on a kill, cheetahs, herds of elephants, leopards, big herds of zebras grazing, springbok and a variety of African antelopes and birds.

Wow! You’ve got the shot!

Where are we staying?

Accommodation are selected according to your budget or what’s available in season at certain remote destinations. For example: safari lodges, tented bush camps that have your comfort and safety in mind.

Do I need to be an expert Photographer?

No. You come with the skills and camera gear that you have, that said certain genres of photography lend itself to use certain gear, ie. if you wish to photograph wildlife it is best to have a zoom lens to get closer to your subject. We’ll discuss this more in detail before your trip. Tuition in photography skills will be given in the field as we shoot if you need it.

Be a responsible traveler. Unravel your life’s purpose. … Find a boyfriend or girlfriend …. 😀 just checking if you’re still with me.

Or on a more serious note, we sit down with our laptops for an editing session in Photoshop to help create a Portfolio of images that you can be proud to show off.

The Benefits

We all come with certain expectations when going on a tour or safari and it varies from person to person.

But I think as an emerging or advanced photographer we all want to return with an insanely amazing portfolio of images to show off or share our memories with.

And what if you come back so inspired that you can’t wait to book your next trip … the traveling bug has bitten!

Wouldn’t it be worth it if you knew that those insecurities and anxiousness about being not skilled enough have been put to a rest and you can now keep on creating happily with inspired motivation?

Just imagine how happy and peaceful you feel to have given yourself the gift of healing from past hurts with a trip that brought back your creative-wild-spirit.

What if you’ve broken through some stubborn comfort zones, making you a freer spirit to create the life you always wanted to live?

Is that worth coming on a trip?!

YES! I thought so …

What happen after we say our goodbyes? 😦

It is not good-bye, but see you again soon …We’ll keep in touch.

With Skype, emails or one-on-one you may submit your portfolio for reviewing if we didn’t get a change to do so on the trip.

You may also book for more coaching sessions in photography or life issues.

And off course there are always Facebook and Instagram to stay connect until we travel together again.
